Telemedicine app

Overview

A complete telemedicine system that shortens the patient's path to their doctor: find the right specialty, book an appointment in minutes, consult the doctor over video from home, and receive the prescription digitally. On the other side, doctors get a dashboard that organizes their schedule, with each patient's full medical record in front of them before every consultation.

The challenge

  • Making booking and consultation simple for every age, from the first tap to the prescription.
  • Connecting patients, doctors and radiology devices in one experience without complexity.
  • Protecting medical data and making sure each side sees only what belongs to them.

What I did

  • Led the team: split the tasks, tracked progress, and kept delivery on schedule.
  • Search & booking: search by specialty or doctor, with available slots booked in a few steps.
  • Video consultations: live patient-doctor video calls.
  • Prescriptions & medical records: downloadable, shareable e-prescriptions, and a record that brings together visits, lab results and vital signs.
  • Radiology integration: a direct link between radiology devices and care providers for faster, more accurate diagnosis.
  • Security & clean structure: JWT-based permissions and a three-tier architecture with the Repository pattern, built to grow.

What the system delivers

  • Saves patients the trip and the waiting room.
  • Gives doctors the full picture of the patient before the consultation.
  • Brings booking, consultation, prescription and follow-up into one experience.
